With over 13 years of experience as a therapist and a license since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. As a Clinical Supervisor for the past three years, I’ve also guided new clinicians in honing their diagnostic and therapeutic skills. My passion lies in supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and Sensory Processing Disorders, as they work to thrive in a world designed for neurotypical minds.

Jess, The Therapist
As someone diagnosed as neurodivergent later in life, I understand how overwhelming and isolating life can feel at times — and how important it is to find support that truly fits. I specialize in working with adults (18+) including college students, late-diagnosed or questioning neurodivergent individuals, and LGBTQ+ clients. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered — not judged. Together, we will explore what’s working, what’s not, and develop strategies that meet you where you are.
