Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

Therapy at your pace. The first session will cover legalities, answer any questions, and allow us to get to know each other. I like to frame it as, “I have plenty of questions for you, but feel free to ask me some as well.”

Future sessions will explore the challenges that brought you in, while also providing useful insights to help you move toward your goals. Together, we’ll assess what you’ve tried before, what’s working, and what makes you unique.

Recommended approach: Initially, weekly sessions help us build rapport and

understand your needs. Over time, sessions may shift to biweekly or as-needed check-ins. Many clients transition to a maintenance phase, where they schedule occasional sessions without having to retell their story—just to navigate life’s speed bumps.

The ultimate goal? For you to feel in control and confident in life again. While I’ll enjoy working with you, I’ll be just as happy when you no longer need therapy because that means you’re thriving.

Family & Couples Therapy

Family therapy can be incredibly rewarding and necessary! I work with families of all ages—young children, teens, and even adult family members. We’ll tailor the process to your family’s needs, respecting everyone’s role whether they’re present or not.

Families often seek therapy for parenting differences, neurodiversity within the family, or simply to feel heard and understood.

Sessions may be scheduled for up to 90 minutes to allow unpressured time for problem-solving. Some may be shorter due to the intensity of emotions—which are all welcome in therapy!

Collaborative goal-setting ensures all participants feel valued and engaged. While family and couples therapy can be complex, mutual agreement and participation are key to building healthier relationships and lives.

Individual Intensives (Weekends Available – Must Schedule in Advance)

Two- to three-hour sessions with 10-minute breaks each hour, designed to deep-dive into layered concerns. This allows for uninterrupted reflection and problem-solving, helping you make progress without weekly session constraints.

Intensives can complement ongoing therapy for major breakthroughs or be a great starting point for those who feel, “I have so much to say.”
